Therefore, today we are classifying vitamins from what we know as micronutrients and minerals. We have macronutrients, which we have discussed: carbohydrates, protein, and fats.
Today, God willing, we will discuss the first micronutrient, which is vitamins. As you know, there are 13 essential vitamins. We also have water-soluble vitamins, vitamins B and C, and...
