By studying this course, you will be able to identify the components of the governance model established in the National Policy for Modernizing Public Management to 2030. This will strengthen your role as a civil servant and that of your organization in providing

goods, services, and regulations that meet the needs and expectations of society. To achieve this, we invite you to study the following topics: the National Policy for Modernizing Public Management to 2030; public policy and intervention strategy; goods and services; internal management and results; monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement; and open government. Each of these topics has been

developed through videos organized in the Servir TV YouTube channel playlist. In the description box of each video, you will find a learning path to study each topic. To complete it, do the following: watch the video; study the topic booklet; read the required reading; review the commentary resources; and solve a case study. The course consists of three

assessments: the first assesses topics one and two; the second, topics three and four; and the third, topic five. And six to take the assessments.
