There is nothing broken. There is nothing wrong. There is nothing missing. We are whole and complete. We've just not learned how to access our wholeness. The number one reason that energy gets blocked is unresolved emotion. Energy blocked in the body builds up. An excess of energy in the body creates pain. A deficiency of energy in the body creates
dysfunction or cellular breakdown. Rather than trying to figure out the meaning, if we just work on the felt sensational level, on the deep energetic flow level, working with bioenergetics rather than analytics, what will happen is we will start to move the energy and the felt sensation of fear will shift. Energy isn't something that runs through
our body that's healing. Energy is who we are and we as we run through our body become the healer within and it's time for humanity to awaken to exactly that. >> All right.
