[Music] [Music] A project presupposes the existence of a client willing to finance the creation of a specific product for which they express a need. Often, this need is not yet fully defined. For small projects, the clarification note will serve as a mission statement or management plan. It is therefore an element of the project repository.
Its formality is important. It consists of a title with the project name, eight chapters (specific, given context, mandatory, products, objective, actors, consequence, constraint, date, version, and signature of the client and the project team). The first chapter is called the context, which is a summary of the client's political orientations for the project in a few lines.
It will allow the project to be situated in its environment. It describes the client, sectors of activity, type of company, number of employees, the economic context and its challenges. first to work on the subject. In this case, they will have to identify and gather the input data themselves by questioning the various stakeholders or consulting available information sources.
