dimension of suffering. We all go through our forms of adversity. I I mean early on was probably my mom dying was probably the hardest thing when I was seven cuz I don't know even if now I would fully comprehend it. Certainly I couldn't as a seven-year-old. Um and then 10 years later my dad goes to work
and he never comes back cuz he dies. So now I'm 17 and orphan. So I'd say they were probably quite at the top of the list of hardest things. >> Yeah. Um, but then I think ironically it was like I don't know 10 years later, 11 years later when I'd sort of fallen in
love as best as I comprehended love at that ripe old age of 28 that I probably reconciled those two previous hardest things because unbeknownst to me as we all do I was living in the trauma of those events which in this case manifested as the fear of loss and we were under the
impression that when you know I finally get my body fat that percentage what I want. You know, my six-pack abs are showing, my ass is tight, you know, I've got a good tent. That's when I'm going to be like my best. But guess what? A second later, you're a different person. So, I think with regards to
understanding the paradigm, this dimension of being human, that what we call loss, which is really the the transition of form is constant. It's inbuilt. And so that's the more philosophical but also profound enlightened perspective is like okay none of us are going to be free of the experience of loss but if we
