text messages and yes those text messages had said you know they're waiting for for the payoff but there's a 9-second phone call uh again uh and let me read this uh exactly about 3 minutes after the test text message uh were sent by Kalo he called a family member of Nancy Guthrie. Which call lasted 9

seconds or 9 seconds? Yes. But they don't say to who. So I started looking a little bit deeper and then I discover over in the 22nd paragraph of this amendment, you can see it right here. Okay. Well, this was kind of snuck in there and let me read it to you. says this written plea agreement

and any written addendant uh amendments files as attached to this plea agreement which is basically this one here you will go to uh rehab okay contain all the terms and conditions of the plea any additional agreements if any such a agreements exist wait a minute what additional agreements and if they exist what does that mean shall be recorded in

a separate document and may be filed by the court under seal. So basically what the US attorney is saying there could be additional documents and agreements but they're filed under seal with the court. Accordingly, any additional agreements, if any, may not be in the public record. Wow. What that means is something is going on behind the scenes.

And with all of this stuff that keeps coming out, we're now learning about the FBI and the Reuters reports and all of that stuff maybe being bogus uh that the FB somebody in the FBI didn't tell the truth. Go figure. I've kind of hammered that. But now this one tells us this document today tells us
