GREATER GLORY | PEACE IN THIS PLACE

and a passage that I want to focus on one statement that God speaks in this word to us. And as you know, I'm sharing with you from my heart. I don't know when the Lord's ever opened a book to me in my entire ministry that was for a church [music] like this one. But God is

going to send us a greater glory in our lives, in our generation, and in our ministry. So if you have your Bibles, if you don't reach there at your seat, I want you to take out a Bible today and open to the Old Testament book of Hagi. I encourage you to read your Bible

and I encourage you not to read it on your cell phone because your mind won't re remember what you look at a screen like it. But if you have a book, your mind will see the book. It'll photograph the words. Your memory [music] of scripture will go up. What you see in scripture will become greater to you.

So, I encourage you to read your Bible and read it with a pen in your hand or pencil and when God speaks to you, stop right there and underline it. Think about what it [music] means. The Bible is not a it's like a good meal. It's not meant to be overeaten. Have you ever eaten too much?

No. A a healthy meal is in balance. And scripture is not meant to be consumed by how much, but what speaks to the soul and how God speaks to us. And that's why it's important to read it slowly. Let God speak to you. And so I encourage that's why I have you take your Bibles out
