Being trust fried in your brain is actually a real thing and it affects your thoughts, your everyday life, your relationships. And you know, like I've never spoken about this on the internet and I do not recommend that you do this. It's not kind or healthy for the people that you're doing this to, but I got my
trust broken so many times as a child. So many of my friends had malicious intentions for me. Mo majority of my friends were either jealous, bullied me. There were a couple good friends, but we drifted away. And then I felt like I couldn't trust my parents as a teenager. And I'm sure a lot of teenagers feel
this. It was genuinely just me and my thoughts against the world. And after having my trust broken so many times, I'm a person that feels very deeply. When I have a friend, when I have a family member, I love them so deeply. But I also notice that whenever something happens, they break my trust.
I feel such heaviness on my heart. It genuinely used to rule my life. So my thought process was, wait, what if I can retrain my brain? I do not want to feel so much hurt again and I still want to have friendships and relationships. So my idea was going on the internet, finding someone random like on those
anonymous chats, finding someone, talking to them for days or a couple weeks until I would feel attached to them and then I would purposefully let them go. Not great. Don't recommend it. Very unkind to the people on the other end. But I did this over and over until I felt like it was easy to let people go.
So, if anyone ever broke my trust, and I was having these thoughts as like legitimately a 13-year-old, and I was having these thoughts of like if somebody broke my trust again, I could just let them go.
