Welcome to this tutorial I am Olbaid and this is episode 2 of our FL Studio 20 Full course In the first episode we took our first steps knowing the workflow and how FL Studio 20 works to make music. A quick review We have the "Channel Rack" in analogy with an orchestra, is where

we select our instruments in order to create our song, then there is the "Piano Roll", were we are gonna write the score for each sound After that, there is the Playlist or project view here, if we were an orchestra conductor, is where we tell each instrument when to play how long has to play,

which one has to play, etc. In other words, the structure and organization of our song. Finally, this is the "Mixer" where we are going to process each sound with FX like delays, reverb, EQ and many, many more This is how FL Studio works in general. Ok, in this episode we are going to take baby steps

and learn the basics of channel rack. When we open a new project we see something empty like this and the first step is select the instruments that we are going to need. There are many ways to do this, the first one is go to the left side known as "Browser". Here we can see our existing samples

and sounds included. If we click "Packs" we can see many files where each one has different types of sounds For example, this one called "Kicks" (Kickdrum or bassdrum) and if you click it you will listen a preview

So you will know how it sounds really quick and easy and decide if you like it Let's pick one for example this one, I wanna add it to the channel rack. Ok let's do it. The easiest way is to click, drag and then drop it to a blank grey space Is important you point to a blank space
