Seems like movies are the only good thing that America produces in the world. and it is currently at risk with this Paramount Warner Brothers merger. Uh we wanted to hear your thoughts on

the merger, but first I wanted to start with this clip um from Gavin Nuome who has been revealed as someone who helped push this merger through to aid MAGA billionaire uh Larry Ellison acquire this deal. point. I've made it very publicly and consistently and been reported maybe two or 30 hund different uh ways that uh we me many folks including the mayor um soon to be governor elect and others preferred in the words of Rob Bont himself that he focus on getting this done at the boardroom not the courtroom

and the minute that Rob said that on CNBC we amplified that said this was a better approach so >> all right so he says that it's actually something that should be handled in the boardroom, not the courtroom. Now, a lot of people's opinions are that AG Robbont was totally played by this deal, that

there was more time for this deal, to get a better deal, to keep fighting for the Hollywood workers here. What are your thoughts on all that? And should Gavin Newsome be allowed in Los Angeles after this? >> Well, here here's what I would say. You know, I'd been a vocal opponent of this
