They got me past a million followers and they just keep going because they actually are that good. So, today we're going to make them and I'm going to show you guys all

the tricks and tips >> [music] >> so you guys can make these at home, too. Now, people are like, "Leeks are dirty. How do you get the dirt out? How do you make them so they stand up?" Yes, they are. We're going to soak them. You're not going to be chewing on any grit,

don't worry. First off, we are going to take whatever roasting pan you're going to use and that's how you're going to measure how high you're going to cut the leek. So, this is about an inch and a half. Got my leek. We're going to measure out about an inch and a half and then see if that fits.
