It is with great joy that we welcome everyone here at the Rector João Sampaio Cultural Center this Thursday morning, where we are pleased to continue with our institutional program of roundtables and lectures. And today, with the lecture entitled " The Church and Humanity," the recent encyclical of Leo X,
which will be given by the Metropolitan Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Maceió, Dom Beto Breis. We ask everyone to put their respective cell phones in airplane or silent mode.
