Thank you for joining us today. It's like we have 24 folks in here right now. That's fantastic. We're up to 26. Awesome. We're going to give everyone a couple more seconds to join the call. My name is John Harris. I am one of the Hotel HopSkip Hotel accounts executives here. I might have met with you some I

might have met with some of you before in the past. Also, Kate Robertson is our VP of marketing. She is in the chat monitoring those messages. Where is everybody joining in from today? I myself am right outside of Kansas City and Kate is up in the Toronto area.

Awesome. Wow, we have people from all over the globe. That's great. Fantastic. Wow, look at that. Well, welcome in everybody. So, what I have in store for you today is a short presentation uh going over the advantages of using HopSkip as well as our product HopSkip Premium. We'll start off with a short slideshow.

It will go over the differences of our platform and some of the other platforms out there as well as what makes HopSkip unique. After that, we'll dive on into the demo environment itself. We'll go through what an RFP looks like on HopSkip, how you respond to those, and then how our premium partners have

advantages while responding to the responding to those RFPs. We'll touch on how to access our support team at the end, and also myself as well as Kate will be happy to answer any questions that anybody has in the chat. So, we'll give it just another 20 seconds while I get my screen ready to

share here, and then we'll dive on in. And thank you all again for joining. So, what I'm going to do now is share my screen. Hotels? All right, a bunch of thumbs up. Love it. All right, let's dive on in. So, here at HopSkip we are constantly compared to Cvent every single day, which I'll be honest, we have a ton of respect for Cvent, but there are a lot of differences between our two platforms. The main one being we're not

looking to be this jack-of-all-trades. We have one goal, and it's simply just to be the best in the business at hotel sourcing. So, one of the reasons that HopSkip was created was that we found the group sales landscape was broken. Sellers were spending and frankly wasting their time bidding on unqualified leads that never actually

converted. Here at HopSkip we lead the industry overall with 80% of RFPs sourced to booked and actualized. And how we're able to achieve such a high number is actually pretty simple when you look at the fact that HopSkip is never free to planners. So, we have this paywall that we like to say acts as our quality filter. That way

when you're receiving an RFP from HopSkip, you know a couple of things. You know, okay, this planner has paid to source on their platform. So, they also have skin in the game here, and they're professional. We also like to say that our planners are targeted as they're limited to the amount of hotels that they can send that

RFP out to. But most importantly, all of these planners are exclusive to HopSkip. So, when these companies sign on to source to our platform, they also sign an exclusivity agreement. This means you'll never see a RFP from HopSkip come through on Cvent or any of those other platforms out there. And that's what again leads to our

industry leading 80% conversion rate. It's all due to the fact that we have that exclusive planner base that's paying to source on our platform. That planner base doubled in 2025 and we're expecting to double it again by the end of this year. Our hotels, the amount of hotels I should say that have signed up for

HopSkip Premium more than doubled last year. We've seen great growth this year as well. Really our main focus here is just to provide properties like yours high-quality RFPs. So, an important thing to note by design HopSkip's volume will never be like Cvent because we only want to provide RFPs that actually convert. So,

by no means are we looking to replace Cvent in the industry right now. Instead, we want to be thought of as that number one option in terms of untapped supplementary channels. And why we're number one, again, we're made up of just strictly high-quality and high-converting leads and planners. So, here is a breakdown of the planner

base that you'll find here at HopSkip. We have over 600 companies sourcing exclusively on our platform today. The makeup is 25% corporate, 35% association nonprofits, and the other 40% are third-party planners. Overall, the RFPs, when you take into account the third parties, you are looking at 70% corporate events and 30% association nonprofit events.

Some bigger names you may recognize that all source exclusively on HopSkip are the American Association for Cancer Research, Progressive Insurance, the US Olympic Committee, Nordstrom, Forbes, Home Depot subsidiaries, Maritz Meetings & Incentives, CTM Corporate Travel Meetings & Events, Meeting Encore, uh some bigger names that we've signed on that now source on HopSkip in either

Q1 or Q2, New York Life, the American Chemical Society. For car brands, we now have Kia, Hyundai, GMC, and Cadillac. For tech and AI, we signed on Lenovo, who is one of the largest sponsors of the World Cup going on right now. So, if anybody watches those games this weekend, you'll see they have the little

referee cam and it's sponsored by Lenovo. So, very excited to have them on board as well. And one last quick hitter here about our planner base. Roughly 50% of these planners leave Cvent to join and source exclusively on HopSkip, while the other half are either coming from a manual process or one of the other platforms

out there. This is a little ROI stat on hotels that were upgraded to HopSkip Premium in 2025. The average upgraded hotel saw 4x increase in their leads and a 20% boost in their conversion rates. They paid an average annual plan of $9,000 for 12 months of HopSkip Premium, although prices vary. The average RFP booking

value came in at over $100,000 and the average subscribed hotel saw an 11x ROI. And our last slide before we dive on into the demo environments, 77% of our bookings are rooms and space, the rest is just rooms. They are 99.9% self-contained bookings. And again, we are made up of 100% professional planners. So, what I mean when I say

that is you're never going to get a lead for a social event or a wedding through HopSkip. So, what I'm going to do now is dive on in to the demo environments and go over all of the different features of HopSkip. And again, if anybody has any questions throughout this presentation, feel free

to drop them into the chat and myself or Kate would be more than happy to answer them for you. So, when you log into your HopSkip profile, you get brought here. We call this the RFP dashboard. It is this little RFP icon on the left side bar. You can see all of your active RFPs

within our platform in the different stages that they live in right here. We're going to click on into a demo RFP now. This is what the RFP summary looks like on HopSkip. You get your general information, dates, flexibility, all this good stuff here. And then the program info, where you get the group and events profile, success

criteria and deal breakers, and then also the events history. Contract details, very basic and self-explanatory there. This is our proposal builder. So, you can see we have multiple tabs. You're going to want to go through and fill out all the necessary information in each one of these tabs. For room rate, event space,

F&B, and you can actually fill these out in your proposal settings down here as well to quickly fill them in from a drop down. Questions, concessions, contract clauses, general information, taxes and fees, and attachments. If you're missing some information while responding to an RFP, we're going to highlight it for you here in red. Or you could hover over any

of these red exclamation points, and we're going to let you know exactly what it is that's missing from the RFP. You can always come down to review proposal and check in on that completion status bar right here. And then once you hit that 100% mark, make sure that everything obviously passes your eye

test, review it, and then come up to the top right corner, and right next to this red turn down button, you'll see submit proposal, click that, it's off to the planner, and you're good to go. Now, that for the most part is what comes with HopSkip Essential, which is known as our free version for hotels.

You're able to customize your property's profile with up to 15 images, and then we allow you to receive and bid on those leads that you do receive. Everything that I'm going to go over from here on out is what's included on HopSkip Premium. As I mentioned, the average upgraded hotel saw a 20% boost in their

conversion rates. One of the main factors of that is this tab here called competitive insights. If your hotel is on HopSkip Premium, on each RFP that you receive, you're able to tell exactly which hotel you're going up against, what market they're located in, and here on the right, what their RFP status is.

Up top here, we show you how many hotels were requested on this RFP, as well as how many times the planner has viewed your proposal versus the average amount of views for the other competing proposals. Also really cool about HopSkip Premium is in real time, whichever seller is assigned to an RFP will be notified

whenever the planner is actively online and has their eyes on your proposal. Highly recommend that you respond to these as quickly as possible, because that is where we see your odds of winning at their best. However, when you're notified that the planner is viewing your proposal, I recommend that you log on into HopSkip, take advantage

of this competitive insights tab, and see how your proposed room rate stacks up against the average competing proposals, as well as your food and beverage quote. Now, in this scenario here, I can tell that I'm going up against three other properties, and odds are, based off the averages, that I've submitted the highest room

rate and food and beverage quote. If you have the wiggle room, edit your proposal to make it as competitive as possible. The planner is notified that you've edited and resubmitted that proposal. You're notified every time that they view your new proposal, and that's where we see your odds of winning skyrocketing on premium.

We also provide you with winning hotel intelligence on each lost booking. Now, I talk to hoteliers every single day, and I would say, on average, I'm hearing that 5 to maybe 25% of the time they're finding out who they lost a booking to. When you pay for Hotel Comp Key Premium, you find out 100% of the time. You get

the name of the winning hotel, their average room rate and food and beverage quote, and you get a reason from the planners to why your property wasn't selected. We also have multiple different reporting and analytic tools that come with premium. So, you just select your time frame here in the top right corner,

as well as your currency up top here. Once you do that, they take about 20 seconds to populate on average, and you get them for these four different categories. So, the first one is sales performance, where you get an entire sales pipeline overview, and all these good numbers and statistics, your response time analysis, and then with

your unlimited logins, which we highly recommend each salesperson has their own, you're able to break down their individual performances. And then quickly hyperlink those RFPs so you can jump back in, check out those competitive insights of your past uh bookings won. For turn down opportunities, we provide you with this turn down analysis, where

we show you the primary turn down reasons that your sales team is uh not moving forward with these RFPs, their revenue impact, the breakdown for each salesperson, as well as those RFPs here at the bottom. For lost opportunities, we provide you with this winning hotel advantages section. So, you run this report and

you're able for the time frame that you select to get proposal insights and concessions offered on those lost bookings, as well as finding out what type of hotel most commonly won the bookings that you've lost. And what amenities are most commonly popping up on the winners profile that you don't have selected on yours.

And then once again, the breakdown of sales person and RFP. This last reporting feature right here is called your comp set. Now, this is a huge huge reason why our premium partners see that increase in leads. So, when you sign up for HopSkip Premium, you're guaranteed a top listing within your market. That on its own is going to

drive lead volume to your property. When you are on HopSkip Essential, you're randomly shuffled every 24 hours. So, you could appear on page three one day, you could appear on appear on page 33 the next. So, you're guaranteed that top listing in premium, but also we're going to drive leads to you directly from your

competitors. So, when you sign up for premium, select 15 hotels that you'd like to enter into your comp set. You can choose whoever you want, no matter where they're located in the world, and whether they're on HopSkip Premium or the essential version. You can change this as often as you would like to as well. We're not going

to slap you with any fees or restrictions on doing that. When you add these hotels into your comp set, you're able to run this report, get the benchmark analytics that you see on my screen right here. But secondly and most importantly, whenever a planner looks at one of these 15 competitors in the search, your

property is going to pop up as a comparable hotel by HopSkip. Now, this is very similar in compared to the suggested ads that Cvent offers, but the difference between that and what we offer here at HopSkip is we don't have an add-on product with these. This is all included under that premium subscription. It's not an upsell, and

and not going to reach out to you three months down the road and try to sell you on it. We do have a secondary product that we recently went live with this month. It's called Market Insights. A lot of you may have received an email letting you know that we've went live with it. It's

featured right here at the top of the reporting and analytics section. It comes with a HopSkip Premium subscription. It's also available as a standalone product for $3,500. You select your time frame here. So, I'm saying the last 12 months for our demo. And in this scenario, you can see that it's for Tampa.

You get an entire market overview to understand the demand trends and the opportunity size going into your market through our exclusive planner base. The average RFPs profile here and the top booking types. We show how you compare to other hotels within your market that we consider to be similar to your property. How our planners are behaving within

your market. So, this is really valuable. I've had a lot of good feedback about this section right here. So, you get sourcing trends, the planners profile, repeat or first-time business, the top industries. And then both HopSkip Premium and Market Insights come with unlimited promotions. Promotions are not available to our hotels on the free version, HopSkip

Essential, but they're unlimited on both Market Insights and Premium. So, you can easily create a promotion to target these top event segments within your market. And I'll show you what those promotions look like in just a second. We then show you what's winning within your market. Hoteliers have been loving this feature. And then lastly, how your

market compares to other major markets on HopSkip. If you are on HopSkip Premium and you use Market Insights and look here at the market rankings. This is a great way to determine which hotels you would like to include in your comp set, so you get in front of planners sourcing those markets, especially when they're hot.

Next, we're going to go over the promotions dashboard. Now, the promotions are very cut and dry. You just click create new. Here you input the promotions overview. So, the name, the headline, description, when you'd like to publish it, when it expires, and then you can upload a primary image, as well as four

supporting images. Come on back to the top here. Input your offer terms, those eligible dates, great way to fill your need dates when you're on HopSkip. Then you can come on down to preview, and then publish it. Now, does anybody have any questions for me before we dive on into our next part of
