Hello to everyone learning English. I'm Emma and I'll be your guide today. If you're new here, I want to let you know that we post new English learning videos every day to help you improve step by step and become more confident in your communication. Today is a special day because it marks the start of our 30-day English fluency
challenge. Over the next 30 days, we'll work on listening, speaking, vocabulary, and sentence construction, and most importantly, the ability to use English naturally without relying too heavily on your native language. In today's lesson, we'll begin with one of the most crucial habits to develop if you want to speak English fluently. Stop translating
everything in your head and start thinking directly in English. You've probably experienced this scenario. Someone asks you a simple question in English. You understand the question, formulate an answer in your native language, translated into English, mentally check the grammar, and only then start speaking. By the time you're ready, the conversation has already
moved on. If this sounds familiar, don't worry. Today, we're going to start changing that habit. Throughout this lesson, I'll guide you through simple real life scenarios, thinking in English exercises, listening practice, sentence building, and speaking drills. We'll train your brain to connect English words directly to ideas, actions, objects, emotions, and situations. We'll start with very simple thoughts
you can use in your daily life. And then little by little will make those thoughts longer, faster, and more natural. You will practice describing what you see, talking about what you are doing, expressing your needs, asking yourself simple questions, making quick decisions, and engaging in internal dialogue, all in English. Remember, today's goal isn't to think in English
