And we're going to talk about tapping today. Like Harvard and Yale and Colombia studying it because they're looking
going, "Well, you can't really ignore 18 million data points." Like, you can't ignore this much positive results. It's the largest data set in mental health history on everything. Anxiety, pain, cravings. [music] What we're actually going to do, guys, we're going to throw you in in the middle of the interview here. We're going to show you an actual
session with somebody. We call it tapping because I'm physically tapping on [music] these end points of meridians on these mechano receptors of our skin. So, [music] when I do this, I mean, it seems simple, it looks ridiculous, it's weird. I'm actually sending an electrical signal to my [music] brain. We are making electrical contact. This
is creating a signal right now to the brain. And when we do that while we're focused [music] on the stress, the anxiety, the overthinking, whatever is running and looping through our minds again and again, we send a calming [music] signal to the brain. >> Let's just go into a session with a real
life human being and see the practical application of this technology.
