Here's the fastest way to lose 30 pounds, my top three tips. If you're new here, my name is Soraya. I'm a certified macro nutrition coach and I help women lose weight without cutting out their favorite foods. So if you have weight loss goals of your own, definitely hit that follow button for more tips.
Number one, you wanna aim to drink half your body weight in ounces of water every single day. This helps you stay comfortably full throughout the day because sometimes if you don't drink enough water, you might feel like you're hungry when really you're thirsty. And something that makes this easy is having a water bottle that you actually like.
If you have a dingy old water bottle, you're not gonna wanna drink that water. So invest in a nice one. These are two of mine. One has a straw and one doesn't, they have the colors that I like. This helps me get excited about drinking my water. Number two, and to get 7,000 steps for more every single day. Walking helps with your metabolism, helps increase
your total daily energy expenditure, and just supports overall weight loss. If 7,000 steps feels overwhelming, work your way up to it. So this week, if you realize you averaged 2,000 steps a day, the next week try to average 3,000, then 4,000 until you get up to 7,000. Number three, get help. If you're watching this video, chances are you've tried to lose weight before and it hasn't worked.
Maybe what you tried in the past wasn't sustainable, you were doing it wrong, you didn't have motivation. Getting help is the quickest way to get to your goals and be able to maintain it long term, which is the goal. If you want to keep your weight loss goals in a sustainable way where all
foods fit, then head over to my profile to learn more about how I can help you.
