How to get promoted — advice from a Talent and People Strategy execut...

Are you in any level of leadership and struggling to get promoted and probably walking around thinking, my gosh, I'm the person that everybody can trust to get the work done. I'm a heavy executor. My teams are badass. Why in the world are they not looking at me for promoted opportunities? First off, who am I?

Your ability to hold space in a senior level meeting at the executive level are the things that people think about when it comes up for promotions and for performance reviews. So you've got to master being clear and concise, driving value for an organization and how you are promoting that to other leaders that are not your boss.
