Express Entry Draw CEC today being the 1st of September, 2000 invitations issued, score with a 2-point drop at 521. As we have been talking about this, right? Whenever IRCC changes the flow of the number of invitations, the scores are directly impacted. Just a few weeks back, we were averaging between 516 to 518. Then there came one draw where they invited only 1000

people, scores went up to 523. So now even if they have invited 2000 people, the score is still at 521 tells you about the number of profiles that get added into the pool what levels they then sit at obviously a lot of profiles sitting at 520 plus if you see the numbers IRCC has already issued

51,250 invitations for CEC itself in the year of 2026 in comparison last year 2025 IRCC invited only 35,850 people in CEC and that too when there was this blitz of 11,000 invitation in two draws that happened in the month of December 2025. So you can see in comparison IRCC has already invited about 15 people more this year and we are only in the month of August Now if you see the total 120 people invited overall in Express Entry in 2026 In comparison only 113

invited last year in 2025. So this year is already going pretty strong as far as Express Entry is concerned. Now this then brings us to the to the question as to what happens to the other categories. Now, the week is still young. We still have three more days to go to see if there are going to be any category draws.

I'm quite hopeful there should be a category draw now. Of course, we all know IRCC's playbook, so I'm not going to try and speculate what kind of a draw will happen. IRCC has been posting a lot about physicians and doctors on their Twitter account. It gives an indication, could be something to do with healthcare.
