So as of today, I've grown to over 600,000 followers across Instagram and on YouTube. And if I had to build a personal brand from zero today specifically for coaches and consultants, here's exactly how I'd get to 100,000 followers in just six months. Stage number one is outlier hunting. The first thing I'd do is stop trying to reinvent the wheel.

Most people don't actually realize how the fastest content ideas are actually found. I'd go looking for outlier videos specifically from small creators, but only look at the kind of videos that are doing 20x their normal numbers. It's undeniable proof that something in that video is actually working. Stage number two is rebuild. This is where 99% of people completely fuck it up. I wouldn't copy

paste the entire video. I'd pull the structure and then rebuild it with my unique story, expertise and results. Stage number three, the ICP filter. So as soon as I hit consistency, I'd start filtering for the right eyes. I'd speak directly to coaches and consultants and speak to their exact problems in my hook so that the wrong followers swipe past and the right ones stop.

If you hunt outliers, rebuild them with your own expertise and then filter through your ICP, you'd build a following of 100,000 people who would actually buy from you.
