These are five boring coaching offers that are printing money right now and almost nobody talks about them because they're not sexy. Number one is weight loss coaching for busy dads. You basically help overweight dads lose 20 to 40 pounds without living in the gym or giving up dinners with their family. It's a simple and painful problem with a massive market. Number two is career coaching

for immigrants. So you basically help skilled immigrants in the US, in the UK or Canada or Australia land higher paying jobs and actually navigate the job market in a country they weren't raised in. The outcome is directly tied to money which makes the offer incredibly easy to understand. Number three is executive communication coaching. So you basically help founders and executives

become better speakers, presenters and communicators. These people already make money. So if better communication helps them sell, lead, negotiate or command a room better, they'll happily pay you a premium price for it. Number four is dating coaching for divorced men over 35. Now these guys aren't looking for pickup lines. They're rebuilding their confidence, their social life and relationships

after potentially being married for 10 or 15 years. That's an emotional problem with a very motivated buyer. And number five, sales coaching for small business owners. Now, this is not business coaching. You basically take someone who's already getting a lot of leads and help them close more of the opportunities they're already generating.

You don't even need to promise them more leads. You just help them make more money from the leads that they already have. Now, none of these offers are sexy in the conventional sense. None of them involve some revolutionary new AI opportunity. But all five have the three things that I personally look for in a coaching offer.
