Hi, my name is Glyb. I'm 20 years old and many of you may know me as a twin Spitfire. Behind me is the immigration office of the Furt and that's the place where the story which affected my life for more than one year begins. I'm a professional dancer and every day I invest all of my time and energy into my

development and future. As you can know I'm Ukrainian and I was forced to leave my country because of the war. When I applied the protection under 21st paragraph in Germany, I experienced what I believe was a prejudice handling of my case. I explained that I had left Ukraine because of the danger, psychological pressure and the possibility of planning my future

there. However, the person that recorded my application wrote down that the main reason why am I here is the dance career but not the war. When I pointed out this mistake, I was told it was not important. Shortly afterward, I was ordered to leave the Schengen area within seven days They took my passport until I could provide my tickets to another country and I was warned that I could be forcibly deported if I will not comply Under stress without the proper explanation of the consequences and after being told that nothing could be changed I signed that document

And after that, I decided to appeal the decision in court and on 25th of February, the court ruled in my favor. However, the immigration office appealed that decision and since that time, my life has remained on hold. Because of my current legal status doldung right now, I'm not allowed to work, I don't have health insurance and I cannot travel freely outside

Germany. I have already had to turn down many of international dance projects that were crucial for both, for my financial situation and for my career. I'm not asking for the special treatment, I'm only asking for the fair review of my case, an opportunity to live my life, work and continue building my future. That's why I'm making this video. I want to bring attention to my situation
