For such a long time, you've been able to do the visual format in this niche and honestly do well if you just stay consistent. A lot of people are interested in it, so it's popular. Real estate.

Five. Depends on what realm, but I'm talking like the investing lens or even the real estate, like home buying and selling lens. I will say it's harder to make interesting because house tours are just not the move. You need to make educational content in this niche and you need to make it interesting in some way, shape or form. So five, it's hard. Finance. Nine, one of my

favorites. Personally, I think it's incredibly easy to get results in this niche, especially with comparison videos. Everybody wants to build wealth. A lot of people are interested in investing. So it's a very, very great niche to grow in. Business. Three, probably the hardest when you're talking about business in general. I think product-based is easier because there's a visual

element that can be really, really engaging. But service-based business, especially when it's digital and the business niche as a whole, it's so incredibly hard to grow in this niche and to make it interesting. But there are so many creative ways you can. You just have to be very, very clever. And it's extremely worth it. Makeup slash hair. Nine, incredibly easy to make fun and

engaging. Social media marketing. Five, if you know what you're doing, I think it's become harder and harder over time. But I do think you can grow in it for sure no matter when you start. I started this account, I think in 2023. And look where we are.
