Gia Darno's on 5311 South Blackstone Avenue in Chicago. We got some questions and some problems. I went there to get something to eat. I go inside. The restaurant has maybe two families in there and then two black guys on the side that I'm sitting. At no time does my server come up to me.

the man that is bussing the tables comes and brings me water. When my server finally comes over to me, Marvin J., he says to me, well, what do you want to eat? I say, well, can I get a drink of some sort? Because no one has, you know, come over for a drink. Oh yeah. What do you want?

Order my drink, order my food. It's a stuffed pizza. So it takes at least 30 to 45 minutes to get your pizza. I get that soda. I don't see Marvin again until my pizza comes. Pizza comes. I don't see Marvin again. When Marvin brought my pizza, my drink was half full. I don see Marvin again And then the old man who brought me the water who busing tables who well into his 60s sees that my drink is completely empty and comes over and asks me if I like something else

to drink and refills my drink because Marvin again is completely ignoring me I see him going to the table with the with the white family that's still in there by this time the black guys have gone the other family is gone but he's over there with that white family in the corner helping them out

but completely ignoring me. Finally, Marvin comes over and just hands me a receipt. No point does he say, do you need anything? And no point does he check on the food to see if it's of quality. Of no point did he even say, oh, hey, I saw you got a drink refill. Do you need another drink?

He says nothing, but brings me a check. So at this point, I say to Marvin, you have ignored me the whole time that I've been here. And now you're just bringing me a receipt with a bill. But I haven't seen you the whole time I've been here except for when you brought my pizza and so what's
