What a question. Now to be fair, I do get asked these on a weekly basis, but I'm choosing today to answer it. Not just on behalf of myself, but on behalf of all women, because I feel like doing a public service announcement. Let's see how long you hang in there to the men I'm saying.

We would like men to come grown up. We would like them to come self-aware. We would like them to come fully baked, not half-baked. Don't come at us expecting to raise you. come raised come raised at us be funny be honest with yourself and of course with everyone around you have a job hopefully one that you really enjoy have goals that you are actively working on

do you have a plan are you following it don't just come at me with a lot of lip service no what are you doing present tense present continuous tense hopefully You gotta be growth orientated in your approach to life and not just to life, but you gotta bring that into the relationship. I had to open the door, but back to what I was saying.

Don come at us with entitlement trying to own us We are not objects And you should know not just me but all other women as well We belong deeply to ourselves and ourselves only We are not yours. We never will be. And I think another important thing is that men really need to know or need to learn how to lead.

I personally love it when I can look to my partner to lead in a situation. You know, there's obviously a give and take. but there are times when I'm tired. I don't want to steer the ship no more. Can you take over for me? Can I trust you to lead and lead well? So I think these are just some

things, some factors, some questions that perhaps boys to men can ask themselves and see where they are at in their lives. Because women that are self-sufficient and have been on their own for a very long time handle all their own things don't rely on anybody we kind of need you to be doing a way better job than we do at ourselves at managing our own lives to create space for you
