10 out of 10 journaling method to gain disgusting clarity of your life but it's actually fucking niche. This is the type of shit I wish I had six months ago right when I graduated university and I was feeling fucking lost. All right so it's called the frontal lobe method and essentially there's six pages that we're gonna write and I know it sounds a lot. The first page is going to
be your goals. You have to write about your goals in autistic detail. The second page is going to be reminders and affirmations. You're going to remind yourself what kind of person you're becoming, your motivations, and your mindset. The third page is going to be visualization. You're going to imagine a scene in the future of your ideal life, and you are going to be picturing it vivid
and writing it down at the same time. Now, you have to go into detail, get really specific about exactly what you want out of life. Number four is going to be a list of questions that you're going to answer that morning. Pretty self-explanatory. And then we're going to get to the outputs. So the
first page of outputs is just going to be you freestyling, right about how you're feeling right now, right about what you see. If there's a table in front of you, right about the table, right about the lighting, right about how you feel. This is to get your juices flowing, to get into flow state.
And then finally, we are going to go back to page number four, where all the prompts are. And we're going to answer those prompts essentially and this is going to give you insane clarity and you will know exactly what you need to get done every single day.
