Here are three things you should do after you post your video. Number one, download the edits app. Connect your Instagram, click the three bars button, and click on that video for advanced metrics. Number two, analyze the data. Here are the metrics they show you and here's what they mean. My favorite one to look at is the followers from video metric
because using the equation on the screen, I'm able to track the V to follow ratio of the video and based on this chart, rank it how it did. So I know if I should make more videos like this in the future. And step number three, study your retention graph. In the edits app, look at the retention graph on your video.
Which one of these does it look like? Find which one it matches the closest and see what you can do to make it better. If you know your idea is solid like I did from this video that actually flopped, then study the retention graph and see what you did wrong and correct it in the next time you upload
