Talent is overrated. I'm gonna have to explain this to you. When you look at a great photographer, it's easy to say, I wish to be like this person. This person is so talented. Oh, this person is so gifted. What you fail to see is the thousands of pictures that get deleted, pictures that you never

get to see, pictures that are on the archive, thousands of pictures that they never get to post. The failed shoots, the bad edits, missed focus, the oversaturated images. One of the things that determine how far you go as a creative is consistency not talents because consistency you give so much work you give so much hours and there's a famous saying i don't fear the man who

has 10 000 steps i fear the man who has one step that has practiced 10 000 times it is as a result of trained eyes trained mind they can literally wake up take up the camera and shoot they have safe shots and safe shots are practiced over the years that is what mastery looks like mastery isn't

talent mastery is consistency mastery is continued repetition greatness is achievable at all circumstances you have to be consistent you don't have to wait to be talented what brings you to the table can be talent but you have to be consistent don't admire talent admire the discipline and the consistency that creates it you're welcome
