They have to be small. Because small is the whole damn point. It can be a green light when you're running late. Someone holding a door open for you. An email that just sorted itself out. because that noticing is the mechanism. You're having so much more than just a nice moment. You're now literally building new neural pathways, proving to your nervous system through lived experience that safety's available, love's available, whatever it is you're trying to prime.
