Welcome back to Move More. Hi, my people. My name is Janisha, a creator entrepreneur living in Philly. I'm 5'9 with a curvy athletic build, and I weigh 200 pounds. This is a series where I show you exactly how you can move your body in different ways, because I believe we're all happier and healthier when we're in motion.
So let's move. Let me tell you something. Right from the jump, this drone was kicking my butt, okay? Those wrist weights are nothing to be played on, okay? Y'all know I love Grow With Joe, and I was not trying to get out of bed this morning. my husband set the whole living room up and said, get up. So this is me telling you to get up. Okay.
So this was 15 minutes, like I said, but when I tell you it was focused on my arms and my back, and I didn't even know it. Okay. This was a Christian workout. I just love the playlist. It was so great. And you guys know I'll share it with you. But literally I tell you guys all the
time. It does not have to be long. It doesn't have to be an hour. This was a 15 minute workout that got me out of bed, that restarted my mindset and boom, baby, it's making me look better and better. All right. So if you don't do nothing else, click on that YouTube. You'll probably like,
