Welcome back to Move More. Hi my people, my name is Janisha, a creator entrepreneur living in Philly. I'm 5'9 with a curvy athletic build and I weigh 200 pounds. This is a series where I show you exactly how you can move your body in different ways because I believe we're all happier and healthier when we're in motion.
So let's move. Okay, y'all, we back at the gym, okay? I'm building this back in these legs. So we get into squats. I do supersets. I do three sets of each workout. So we're going to do squats and then we're going to do rows, okay, baby? So I do eight to 12 and you're supposed to do it to the intensity of the workout
So after the rose we went we back in them squats and them squats was getting intense Okay, cooking me. I'm making sure I'm going deep. Okay. The squad is high-fiving me We back at the rose and again, I'm working on my back, baby I wanted to be sexy and then we go into some calf raises now
Originally, this is just a leg day and then I told my brother listen. I need my back to look good. Okay. I have goals All right, so I added my back in my arm workout so I can focus on me No dance break in between, honey, because what I tell you, the gym is your playground.
Do what you want, okay? So once we're finished those supersets, let me go over to the seated leg press. Honey, I hate a leg day I do. I superset that with the kettlebell swing, and baby, I be dying. But guess what? The body tick, okay? And one thing about me, I'm going to dance myself to a workout, baby, and then I fight
