Hot take. If you're an online fitness coach and you coach guys, you should quit. Not quit your business completely, but you should start coaching women instead. I don't care what you guys say. Coaching women, and I know I'm going to get some hate, is probably easier and more scalable than it is coaching men.

Hear me out. Men are egotistical. They think they know it all. They're going to try to figure it out themselves, when in reality, they're idiots. How do I know? Because I run a coaching business and I rather work with women than work with men anyways. Yes, we have guys in our group that do extremely well, but I'm going to fucking gut punch them

in so many ways that their ego will come down. And some people just aren't comfortable being able to do that with guys. And the truth is some guys that are so sensitive are going to get offended by that. How do I know again? Because half of you guys get offended by the shit I say.

So if you're a guy who's a fitness coach, I'm telling you, if you just pivoted to women, you would double your business in the next 30 days.
