I typically don't walk away from jobs but the only solution I have is to start over. Let me tell you what's going on here. The initial call was two systems not cooling. First thing I noticed was that they didn't have high voltage. It turns out that both of the compressors are grounded. That's pretty bad already. But I wanted to check why my contactors were not pulled in. After I checked the pressures, both of these were at zero psi.

so we had two dead compressors both units no pressure no refrigerant so i went to go inside to look at my air handlers to see what else could be going on or at least to get some clues right both of these systems are split in other words they have their own thermostat they have their

own air handler the first thing that i noticed when i looked at the air handlers was the plenums were blown apart told me there was a restriction of airflow after looking at the duds I determined that this unit only has two 8 to 9 inch studs connected to it. And this one only has a 14 inch stud which is roughly about 780 CFM 800 CFM in a perfect world The CFM is severely restricted and that terrible on heat pumps i come back out and i like okay first step is to look for the leak second step is to get in a quote to fix the

leak to replace compressors and then third step would be to figure out what the heck we're going to do with the airflow i pressurize this system i put 350 psi of nitrogen i don't hear or see anything i scan it with my scanner nothing's picking up after about 30 40 minutes i'm like

you know what let me move on to the next one so i leave the psi in there i put my gauges on this one which is a completely different system tell me why this system had the same psi that i had just put on this one when initially both of these were at zero i put a hose on this one and let out a little
