I was diagnosed with SIBO in 2024 and this is exactly how I fixed it. You can take a look at these pictures, but I was bloating 24-7 and at the end of the day, I looked like I was six months pregnant. I had severe constipation where I wouldn't go to the bathroom for days at a time.

And the worst of all is I had really bad brain fog and I couldn't even form sentences. I highly recommend starting with comprehensive gut testing because when you actually know what is going on within your gut, to know what targeted supplements to pull in because I've never treated SIBO the same way for

every client. After that, a lot of times with SIBO, you also have leaky gut. And so I made sure I supported the actual gastrointestinal cells. And I like to use L-glutamine and zinc carnosine for that. Because if you're going to do an antimicrobial protocol and you don't start with that first, you're going to have a lot of die-off symptoms because all of those things that you're killing

off is going to enter into the bloodstream and cause your symptoms to be a lot worse. While I was doing my gut rebuilding, I also really worked on the root cause of what really made me have SIBO in the first place. Unless you address that root cause, you're not going to have a resolve within your SIBO. Your SIBO is going to be something that's at risk to come back and

you going to have to do a whole nother protocol That why people on multiple rounds of antibiotics or Rifaximin their SIBO comes back because that root cause wasn identified or supported I then went in with some antimicrobial herbs Now, I do want to preface this. If you're going to put yourself on oregano, berberin,
