This is the official guide for Claude beginners. It's a five-day comprehensive roadmap that takes you from noob to expert. Day one is going to focus on the basics. Download Claude from the App Store, create an account, then click on this tab from the sidebar, and you're going to create these four folders inside Claude, which is going to build long-term memory and give Claude a strong

on this plus button, go to skills, and then click setup co-work, which is going to give you all the instructions you need. Day four is where you're going to start giving Claude some real power. Model Context Protocol. This system is going to give Claude access to all your favorite apps so you can do all your work from one place. And the best part is there are hundreds of apps to connect from, which is perfect for any working professional. You can find them by clicking here. Day five is where
