Three wonderful new things about pediatric dermatology. Number one, we have icotrokinra approved down to age 12 for the treatment of plaque psoriasis. This is huge because it's a pill that inhibits IL-23. Excellent efficacy just like our IL-23 biologics with placebo-like safety and approved down to 12 right from the start. Number two, we have secukinumab, which we've known for a long, long time,

approved for psoriasis and HS. They recently expanded their label for Hydroinitis Separativa down to the age of 12. This is crucial because HS is happening at younger ages and we need to be able to intervene early to help track that progress and inhibit those tunnels and scars and the morbidity of the condition.

Number three, we have three topicals that are non-steroidal, all approved down to the age of two years old. Roflumalast, Tepinaroff, and Ruxolitinib, all approved down to two, all wonderful in their own way, wonderful and special in their own way, and all very well tolerated by our pediatric patients with tremendous efficacy. For those steroid phobic families,

we don't have to struggle anymore.
