Welcome to Move More. Hi my people, my name is Janisha. I'm a creator and entrepreneur living in Philly. I'm 5'9 with a curvy athletic build and I weigh 200 pounds. Move More will be a series where I show you exactly how you can move your body in different ways because I believe we're
all happier and healthier when we're in motion. So let's move. I really wanted to start this series off with something that costs you nothing and you don't have to leave your house. I absolutely love Girl with Joe and I love dancing at home. This is one of the more high intensity workouts that I do
And it just brings me so much joy to be able to be in my house, work with the weights, move my body, start my day off, say I couldn't make it to the gym or make it to my Pilates classes. I still want to get that movement in and I feel so accomplished and it's free.
