Not about the impact, not about the damage, and not about your addiction. Addiction thrives in denial and silence. but honesty, real honesty is often the first step to real change.

This isn't about shame or judgment. It's about clarity, seeing where you are so you can decide where you want to go next. Now, if that mirror moment feels very uncomfortable, that might be a sign. I always say to my clients, awareness is where it all begins think about it
