People telling me they want help, but they're still minimising, hiding or blaming everything else, like stress, trauma or other people. And while those things matter, they don't change one fact. If you're not honest about your drug use, your behavior, and the damage it's causing, nothing changes. Honesty is the starting

point. Not recovery, not detox and not therapy. Saying I have a problem and I can't fix it on my own. That moment is uncomfortable.
