AI is creating a new paradigm of work, one that's not quite employee and not quite entrepreneur. Let me explain. An employee works within the structure of someone else's business. An entrepreneur builds their business from the ground up. But there's this third thing that's starting to emerge and I'm surprisingly not seeing a lot of people talk about it. Best way to explain this

is with examples. In March, my friend Eric had the idea to make an iPhone-shaped slab of acrylic that maybe could help people reduce their dependency on their iPhones. He used AI to bring his vision to life. Here are some of the things that he used it for. And within just 10 days of his first message to ChatGPT, he had a prototype in hand and I made a video about it

that went crazy viral and he sold out instantly. The second example is my friend Serio. Serio is not a software engineer and he's never written a line of code in his life, yet he created an app using vibe coding tools like Bolt.new and Cursor that is currently generating, wait for it, $89,000 a month. Eric and Serio are just the tip of the iceberg and they're first movers, but we're going

to see a lot more people doing this soon. And this is where smart people with good ideas and a basic understanding of AI tools are generating small, sustainable, independent cash flow without all of the traditional risks of being an entrepreneur. And in some cases, without having to quit their day job. Because the fact of the matter is, AI reduces the amount of risk involved to test out

your ideas. And when you reduce the risk, you also reduce the risk threshold that is required to be an entrepreneur. We're going to start seeing entrepreneurs spawn out of pretty unexpected places.
