Always remember, the race is only over once you've both crossed the finish line.

Nobody likes a selfish runner. It's okay to slow down and catch a breath. You don't want to be that partner who's all sprint and no stamina. Sometimes you might feel like you've peaked and hit a wall. But keep pushing through. Finishing together is the ultimate climax. I think it goes without saying.
